DREB RENDER ECO is a based on traditional formulation with high performance premixed plaster. It is for plastering work on concrete surfaces, brick wall and block wall that provides superior bonding and excellent strength to the substrate. DREB RENDER ECO comprises of Portland cement, Graded sand, polymer, chemical additive and it is specially formulated with recycled material and approved by Singapore Environment Council under their Green Label Scheme as a sustainable building material for Green Buildings.

Uses

Highly recommended for bedding, joint mortar for brickwork and block work, backing and bedding for
wall tiles. Is also suitable for all types of concrete substrates, lightweight block, brick wall and block wall.

Pot Life

Approximately 40 - 60 minutes after mixing.

Shelf Life

Shelf life up to 12 months from the date of production. It must store In dry place free from moisture contact in original sealed packing.

Direction of Use

Surface preparation
Surface of substrates should be clean and remove all from oil, grease, dust and others contaminants. Dry substrates should be dampened before
application of DREB RENDER ECO.

Mixing
Mix of DREB RENDER should use the clean water and mix thoroughly using a hand-held or mechanical mixer for 3-5 minutes until a desire homogenous mix is achieved and ensure the mix is free from lumps. The mix ratio is add approximately 5.8 - 6.5 litres of
clean water to 40 kg bag of DREB RENDER.

Application method
DREB RENDER should applied by use a steel trowel or spraying machine. The first coat should have application thickness not exceeding 8mm. After curing under shaded ambient condition for at least 3-4 hours before the second coat is applied.
