DREB Non-Shrink Grout is a ready for use dry cementitious powder, requiring only the controlled addition of water to produce a non-shrink mortar. Consistency is variable between plastic and flow-able. It is specially formulated to produce a non-shrink, non-metallic, chloride and nitrate free grout.
■ Pile cap repairs, re-profiling prior to waterproofing.
■ Bridge and others bearing plates. 
■ Post tensioned duct and Anchor bolt bedding. 
■ Repair to concrete structures.
Surface preparation 
Ensure that the substrate is free of oil, dust, paint, curing compounds. Soak area to be grouted with water for several hours prior to grouting to minimise localised absorption of water and to assist in proper hydration of the grout.
Mixing 
Add the grout to clean water with continuous mixing to achieve the required consistency. Ensure that the mixer is damp but free from standing water when mixing commences. Note the following water addition rates according to application required.
Flowable consistency : 4.4 Litres of water per 25 kg bag
Plastic consistency : 3.8 Litres of water per 25 kg bag
Mix continuously for at least 7 minutes depending on the type of mixer used. Placing
should be complete within 30 minutes after start of mixing.
