We started our sand business in Malaysia since 1990. In 2014 , due to increased demand of our
products in Singapore , Swee Lee Heng Pte Ltd was established to specialise in providing not
only sand but a range of building materials to the Singapore Construction Industry. Other
materials that we are specialised in are prepacked bags of waterproof screed, Render , tile fix
adhesive, skim coat and cement etc.
Our Client partners include major co-operations building HDBs, Condos and Industrial projects
as well as hardware and timber distributors. Our company work closely with our clients to ensure our products qualities meet each project requirements.

With our dedicated Sand and Aggregate sites in Malaysia, we are able to provide competitive
pricing to our clients. Depending on the quantity required per batch, we are able to import the
materials via ferry or even provide value add services to pack the materials into Jumbo bags. In
addition, our Sand and Aggregate products are duly approved by BCA.
