DREB WATERPROOF SCREED is a high quality cementitious waterproof screed with single component of waterproofing system that provides integral waterproofing by forming a hydrophobic layer within the screed to prevent water penetration into the concrete floor. It is simply adding water and mixed with a mechanical mixer to yields a homogeneous mortar paste that gives good workability when applied on the floor, cement based waterproof floor screed for levelling rough and uneven concrete floor.

tunnels, and whenever a waterproof screed or rigid membrane is needed.

Shelf Life
Shelf life up to 12 months from the date of production. It must store In dry place free from moisture contact in original sealed packing.
Direction of Use
Surface preparation
All surface of substrates should be clean and remove from oil, grease, dust and others contaminants. Dry substrates should be dampened before application of DREB WATERPROOF SCREED. For old worn out concrete substrates, the surface should be hacked off and buttering with bonding agent before applying DREB WATERPROOF SCREED
Mixing
Mix of DREB WATERPROOF SCREED should use the clean water and mix thoroughly using a hand-held or mechanical mixer for 3-7 minutes until a desire homogenous mix is achieved and ensure the mix is free from lumps. The mix ratio is add approximately 5.0 - 6.0 litres of clean water to 40 kg bag of DREB WATERPROOF SCREED.
Application method
Apply DREB WATERPROOF SCREED by use a steel trowel, wooden/steel float while the mix is still workable for application onto the substrate and concrete. It should be cured for at least 1 day (24 hours) before any tiling works.
