DREB FLOOR SCREED ECO is a superior quality with environmentally friendly cementitious premix floor screed. It is specially formulated for casting onto new or old concrete floor. Can be used immediately by simply adding the requirement amount of water and mix with a hand held or mechanical mixer to produce a good workability. DREB FLOOR SCREED ECO comprises of Portland cement, Graded sand, Chemical additive, and it is specially formulated with recycled material and approved by Singapore Environment Council under their Green Label Scheme as a sustainable building material for Green Buildings.

Uses
DREB FLOOR SCREED ECO is suitable for use as a normal screed on new concrete or to repair old concrete substrates such as housing estates or heavy industrial floors. It provides suitable bedding to receiving tiles under internal and external
application.

Pot Life
Approximately 30 - 60 minutes after mixing.
Shelf Life
Shelf life up to 12 months from the date of production. It must store In dry place free from moisture contact in original sealed packing.
Direction of Use
Surface preparation
All surface of substrates should be clean and remove all from oil, grease, dust and others contaminants. Dry substrates should be dampened before application of DREB FLOOR SCREED ECO. For old worn out concrete substrates, the surface should be hacked off and buttering with bonding agent before applying DREB FLOOR SCREED ECO.
Mixing
Mix of DREB FLOOR SCREED ECO should use the clean water and mix thoroughly using
a hand-held or mechanical mixer for 3-5 minutes undl a desire homogenous mix is achieved and
ensure the mix is free from lumps. The mix ratio is add approximately 5.6 - 6.4 litres of dean water to 40 kg bag of DREB FLOOR SCREED ECO.
Application method
Apply DREB FLOOR SCREED ECO by use a steel trowel, wooden/ steel float while the mix is still workable for application onto the substrate and concrete. It should be cured for at least 1 day (24 hours) before any tiling works.
